SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping for orders over $35.00; otherwise the shipping charge is $10.00 per order.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We only ship to the fifty states of the United States.
Once your package is sent, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number. USPS takes responsibility for the delivery and our part of the transaction has been fulfilled. Follow the progress of your order so you can anticipate its' safe arrival. The USPS has a service called Informed Delivery, which gives you daily updates about packages that are on their way to you, and lets you know when something has been delivered.

RETURN POLICY
We are selling our beads at discount pricing and do not accept exchanges or returns.
PAYMENT METHOD
We only accept credit card payments through our SSL secure server.
TAXES
Taxes are collected on all orders received from the State of Minnesota.
DISCOUNTS
There are discounts applied to all products. That amount varies depending on the item. There are additional discounts applied automatically to the total of large orders; 10% on orders $200.00 or more, 20% on orders $300.00 or more and 30% on orders $400.00 or more.
PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS
If your order cannot be processed it could be that the number of items you have ordered exceeds the current inventory of that item. Contact us with questions about placing your order.
